DD is going round the house singing Jingle Bells - but it is 'Tinker Bells' apparently - and she goes on a 'tissue ride'...the mind boggles!

My Babies
another mosaic - my 4 as of July this year - they are cute aren't they? (if cute is the right word for a 15 year old)

Autumn - Sajona Style
I've been browsing loads of blogs recently - and every single one has images of brisk autumnal walks with close ups of browning crunchy leaves..you know the kind of thing. You won't get that from me (despite being surrounded by trees and countryside where we live!) I like to cook and bake when the weather starts turning - hence large stacks of chutneys and jams building up in the cupboard. Today's production line used Green Tomatoes from one side of the county (my mum's greenhouse) and the cooking apples off our tree (oh and the chillies from our plant) , can't get more local than that really! Now have to wait 2 months for it to be edible....
